The Official August 19th, 2009 STORY!

So the day of August 19th, 2009 begins here:
Before i start, i'm warning you, this is long. So if you didn't get a chance to see the Jonas' in concert this summer, and you want to hear how it went, this is basically it. (P.S. im sure if you're a fan you've already seen some youtube videos. but anyways.)

Since i was at camp when the Jonas’ came to my home town for a concert, i made an agreement with my parents. They wanted a vacation- i wanted a concert. They wanted to go to florida- and hey! Jonas was having a concert in Ft. Lauderdale August 19th. So we agreed to fly there. So, that’s what we did, but the flights got all messed up, because we were late or something? But we ended up making it anyways. Well, actually, my dad flew on our regular flight, and my mom and i ended up going on the one two hours later. So we were in the airport for two hours doing nothing.

Since i was going to the concert with my mom, she was pretty excited. She loves Jonas. A lot. And this was my seventh Jonas concert, but her first. So we were getting ready and everything. So then, once we land and meet my dad at the airport, we go to the hotel (extremely nice hotel, Fontainebleau) with our rental car.

The next day was the concert. I woke up at about 9:00 AM the concert morning. I mean, i was on vacation, but this day was gonna be a good day, i could see it. It was my only JONAS concert of the summer. I got my tickets from the Team Jonas pre-sale (which included coming home from school early, missing french class, doing the pre-sale with my mom one three computers, and then going back to school later). Dedication. I had 6th row, a few seats from the catwalk. Anyways, back to the day.

So i went down to the pool with madre, and we swam for a while. Then, it was about 2 pm and i realized i had to go. So, i went to the room, got ready, and we finally left.
Skipping the details from the hotel to the concert (they're unimportant..)

We went to the concert and arrived at about 3 PM. And you know, the concert starts at 7:00. So i was pretty early, i guess? Anyways, there was a contest to meet Honor Society (my loves.) i didn’t win. I was pretty upset. I signed the tour bus though, so that was great. Then, me and my mom got in line. We met some pretty nice people.

Thennnn, i went inside. Walked around for like, an hour, to find the entrance.

We finally find the gate, and go inside the actual arena. and oh my. I couldn’t even breathe. I was so shocked. All i could say was “they’ve come so far. i can’t believe it.” And my mom was pretty lost too. I mean, it was insane. There weren’t that many people in it yet, since we were early. It was insane. So many seats. I just couldn’t believe it.

So we finally sat down, section 1, row 6, seats 3 and 4.

So the concert started. It. Was. Incredible. Just. everything. Ryan Leistman, The Jonas’ keyboardist, and i, had SUCH a connection. He was in front of me the whole concert, and i just kept pointing at him, and he kept pointing at me. It was amazing. We kept laughing at each other, it was love. I actually pointed at garbo once, and he did the nod and smiled at me. and then pointed at me. And also, during ‘sweet caroline’, JT and i had a connection. So that was wonderful.

About the Jonas boys… we made eye contact millions of times. It was great. They sang my favoriteee jonas songs from their new album, expect 'Don't Speak' which is amazinggg.

SO, the concert was over. It went so fast, i feel like. My mom thought it was the greatest thing ever. She took the best pictures. Hahah, like actually. She’s such a creeper, she had zoom on and took pictures of Joe, constantly.

After the concert, I saw a realllyy long line. I asked a girl in the line what it was for, and she said….

THE HONOR SOCIETY MEET AND GREET! Woo. All you need to do is pre-order their cd. So  got in line, and once i got to the front and pre-ordered the cd, i got to meet them. Ah, it was amazing. I have a picture of Alex Noyes and i, shaking hands, smiling at each other. It was love. Anyways, i got their autographs. Then i went back to the hotel, and the next day i went home.

Love you all. Or whoever is reading. Probably no one.

Sarahhh.
