New Songs, New Stuff, An Update.

Hey!
So, if anyone saw the last Jonas live chat, you heard a sneak peak of their new cd!
In my opinion, i loved all of them, they're incredible.
Well, some of them will just have to grow on me, but i know i will actually LOVE all of them by the end of this summer.

'Fly With Me' is already one of my favorite songs, as well as 'Paranoid' (THE MUSIC VIDEO IS.... WOW. GO CHECK IT OUT. NICK, JOE, AND KEVIN ARE INDESCRIBABLE. They look like... yeah, no words for it, just watch!)

Anyways!

Dreams, Goals, and Details.

I don't think i've ever fully mentioned them.

My dream- and i don't mean like meeting jonas, or becoming a superstar in a week.
Although it would be great, my real dream is to become either a singer, actress, or to be on broadway.

I took dance for most of my life, i would say about 11 years maybe? I'm not sure.
I started when i was really young, and i mean young like 2 years old.
I took ballet, but decided to quit at age 10, around, because they had asked me to take it two times a week or else i couldn't do it anymore. And i was a little busy for that. So i quit.
Then, i started hip hop for a few years, and then took a year of jazz and a day of tap (long story).

Anyways, i never really had time for dancing, which is sad. In my opinion, i was good and had potential. But my life goal- my dream since i have been born- is to sing.
Ever since i heard my first song, i knew singing was my real passion.
In second grade, we had the choice.
Choir, or activities.
And i know, from then on, i'd be taking choir forever.
After second grade came third and fourth and fifth, where i took choir each year.
Then, in sixth grade, they gave us a big option- choir or orchestra, or BAND!
Everyone in school was so excited for band.
I took choir, of course.
I stuck with choir, and haven't stopped since. Even in high school, i still take it.
Singing really is what i love to do, and i might not be THAT great, but i will admit i am pretty good.
Only a few friends know it though, since i get nervous when singing in front of a lot of people or singing in front of my parents.
But lately, i can tell, i've been singing with my real voice more and more.

If singing doesn't work out, i will always go back to acting. It's also a passion.
i can't really explain my acting life, but lets just say i've loved making people laugh forever. I act all the time. I've been in musicals and plays at school, camp, and other places. People always tell me i should be an actress.

But these goals and dreams, they are really difficult. I will try my best, but a lot of people want this same dream. So many people go out there, get rejected, and quit everyday.
And i will keep trying, but for now, i have my mind set on something else... kind of like a backup plan?

My other option, if those semi-unrealistic things don't work out, is psychology. I have also LOVED helping people with their life problems. Whenever someone comes to me for advice or help, i try to understand the problem and find a solution. My parents say i would be good at it, because i'm normally good at being logic.
Anywaysss.
So yeah, that's about it.
1. Singing.
2. Acting.
3. Maybe both.
4. If not, then psychology

There it is.
:)

Loveee,
Sarah :)

Regrets.

My biggest regret, from what i can remember in my life, is not becoming a fan of the jonas brothers in 2006.

Now that i look back, my life would have changed so much.
I would have been great friends with the jonas brothers.... if i was a fan.
So here's the sad story.

My best friend, Brianne, who has been one of my best friends since i was in 5th grade, well her grandmother lived next door to the Jonas boys back when they lived in Wycoff, New Jersey.
Next. Door.
lets repeat that, shall we?
From the moment the Jonas' moved into their NJ house, to 2007 (around?) when they moved to LA, my best friend's grandmother was living next door to them. Meaning, she was invited to all their Christmas parties, gatherings, etc.

IF I WAS A FAN IN 2006.
I would have most definitely visited my best friend's grandma's house.
a lot.
i would have become friends with them.
my LIFE would be different. a lot of tears would have been saved.

It's true.
and i feel bad for Brianne (my friend) because she's a jonas fan too.
and it was her grandma.
So yeah, i just regret it soo much.

ALSOO.
If i was a fan back then, EVEN i wasn't friends with them, i could have met them. or seen them live easily. with good seats.

Just... my life would have changed. Everything would be different.

But, ohh welll.
i love them anyways.

A wise person once said...
"And it's okay you weren't a fan in 2006. At least you're a fan now."
- Elle.
That's True.
thanks :)

The Feeling.

You know that feeling you get after just meeting the Jonas Brothers for the first time?
If you don't, you will soon. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

And if you do, then... wow.
I met the jonas brothers for the first time on May 9th, 2009.
Even though i've been a fan for a few years, it's been pretty much impossible to meet them.
But my biggest regret. ever. IS not being a fan back in 2006.
I can go on forever about that... in a different post.

Anyways, just had to share my story.
It was exciting, and the boys are so incredibly nice.
My dream came true at the Bahamas, Paradise Island.
I'm sure i'll post more about it some other time, but homework calls.
ugh. FML.
